Shipping policy

Delivery

We can send anywhere within New Zealand, except to PO Boxes or Private Bags.

Currently we do not ship to addresses outside of New Zealand, because of delivery delays due to Covid-19. For more information about international orders please contact us.

After your order has been placed, we will email you an invoice and a confirmation of what has been purchased.

 

Shipping charges

Shipping will be calculated and shown at the checkout before payment is confirmed. Costs are based on weight.

 

Delivery time

We aim to process and ship your order within 2 business days, with the exception of Christmas/New Year holiday periods where there may be an additional day before shipment.

Delivery normally takes 2 – 5 business days.  Please allow slightly longer in the case of rural deliveries or unusually busy periods.

Shipping delivery times provided are estimates only and subject to circumstances beyond our control.
